Energy for Life Boot Camps
These outdoor group fitness classes are
intense workouts that will have you pushing
your physical limits! Join a highly qualified personal
trainer who will challenge you to work hard
and achieve real results!

(Boot camps are held indoors during Winter months)


What to expect:
-cardio training - to burn calories, build cardio endurance
-strength training - for toning, and "ongoing fat burning" (muscle burns fat)
-variety (no 2 workouts are exactly alike!)
-circuits, drills and exercise games
-teamwork
-a challenging workout (you'll put more effort into a group workout than you would on your own)
-a motivating instructor (to challenge you, encourage you and help with proper technique)
