This is what our clients recently had to say.... Joy: Thanks for getting them to do the hopper passes!!! Katie and I were so happy to get them so that we can continue with you for our workouts. I am totally amazed by my progress. If you would have told me a year ago that I would be running and doing the exercises that we are doing and the level we are doing them at, I would have said you were nuts. But thanks to your encouragement I have been able to overcome most obstacles!!! FYI - since starting in September I have lost a total of 18.5" and 9 lbs. I didn't realize I had that much to loose. I am extremely happy with were my body is and I hope by continuing boot camp I can refine it some more and be able to enjoy some of the not so healthy things - ie beer - this summer without going back to where I was last September.
