What is a "Hopper Pass"? A Hopper Pass is a prepaid card similar to a Gift Card (only we're not that "techy" so it's not re-loadable) It's actually a small punchcard you can use to participate in a variety of Energy for Life Fitness programs. 1 class = one punch on the card. Use 10 within a 4 week period, AND share the names (and email addresses) of 3 friends/family that might be interested in our programs, and YOU get a week of UNLIMITED CLASSES for FREE! (good deal eh?)
Can I buy it as a gift? Of course you can! It's a GREAT gift idea because it allows the receiver to choose when and where they want to work out.
Do they expire? In short, yes. Hopper Passes are valid for 3 mos from purchase date (effective Wed. Sept 8, 2010) Hopper Passes purchased PRIOR to this date are valid for one year.
Can I share my Hopper Pass with friends or family? No. Hopper Passes are non-transferrable. (but hey, you can buy one for you and one for your friend!)
What do you mean that we need to "confirm that there is space in the class"? Some of our classes have "capacity" limits due to equipment (ie. TRX classes) and so we don't want to disappoint you by having you show up for a class that is full. We will do our VERY best to help you get to all the classes that interest you - even if it means we need to "add new class times" to accomodate...but we can only do that if we know which class(es) you plan to attend.
How do I register for a class and why can't I just show up? We ask that you register for a class by contacting the appropriate trainer (email links are located on each of the program description pages) - that way they will know to expect you and can prepare the right number of pieces of equipment if necessary. Also, in case of a last minute cancellation due to weather or a location change etc.
How do I buy a "Hopper Pass"? Hopper Passes are for sale ONLINE only. Simply scroll down to see our online store. Once you purchase it, we will arrange to have it "ready" at the first class you choose to attend
