Glenda-Well, just wanted to let you know I'm very pleased with my progress over the last 2 weeks.  I'm down 2.6 lbs and I know that the weight is not the only measure of success, but considering my long term goal of 30 lbs, I've started and I'm on my way. I have noticed as well that my middle area is getting stronger (and flatter).  My pants are fitting better.

I am really enjoying boot camp.  I look forward to the sessions (wow, did I say that??).  It feels good to be moving again and even though I can't do all the activities, I will keep plugging away.  And, I really appreciate the support from you and the others.  There have been many times when someone will encourage me on running, telling me I can do it That means a lot.

I have more energy and now that I've started to see some results, I'm very motivated to keep moving forward!  Thanks for your help and support!

Glenda's boot camp has been an extremely challenging, yet rewarding "outdoor" fitness class. Glenda inspires all who attend to push themselves to achieve their fitness goals.  It's a great mix of fun, sweat, dirt (yes, it can get dirty!!) and camaraderie.
