Hi, my name is Trish and I am a Boot Camp instructor in the Mildmay area.

I am a fun, energetic person with a positive outlook on life.  I take a holistic approach to health and wellness and my goal is to help clients bring their bodies back into balance nutritionally, physically, and emotionally.

I have a love for functional fitness and believe in training the body as a whole - strengthening mind, body and spirit. I understand the importance of whole food nutrition and its profound effects on the body and I am always researching and exploring new health and fitness ideas to motivate my clients. I empower  clients to take steps towards improving their self-confidence, body image, and sense of well-being. I am dedicated to coaching those who are ready to make a commitment to themselves.
