DESCRIPTION:Please note\, time of event is 7.15-10.15pm \nLove the feeling of freedom you get from dancing but you’re after something more wholesome and soul enriching than the normal night out? Then this one is for you. \nJoin Tabather and Kasia on an evening of discovery as you travel through the elements in this ceremonial cacao\, conscious dance and healing gong bath evening\, which will take you on a journey into the heart. \nBeginning with a ceremonial cacao ceremony\, a gentle dose of this heart medicine will be the perfect opening to the dance. Kasia will expertly guide you to move your body\, inviting curiosity to express yourself freely. Through gentle guidance you will first awaken to the element of Ether within. Then this will transform into Air\, then Earth\, into Fire\, into Water\, and finally dancing back into the new quality of Ether. Together these 5 elements make up the entire Universe and form the fabric of your inner world. Each element becomes a different stage of moving into the heart. Afterwards gently rest and receive the healing sound of the Gong delivered by the beautifully intuitive Tabather. \n~ breathe ~ ground ~ release ~ flow ~ relax ~ \n \nPracticals: \n\nEverybody is welcome and no experience needed. And if it feels out of your comfort zone\, you are whole-heartedly invited to take this next step and experience the magic of this evening for yourself.\nThe safe space is created to move and dance freely and to listen to your body – honoring its unique expression\nDance barefoot if possible\nIt is an active meditation\, so whatever is going on for you\, bring it to the dance and keep it moving\nAlcohol and substance free space\n\nWhat to bring? \n\nYour beautiful self\nA special cup for the cacao and a bottle of water to stay hydrated\nWear comfortable clothes\, layers work well as you warm up & cool down\nWhatever you need to feel comfy for the Gong bath (e.g. blankets\, yoga mat\, pillow\, eye pillow).
