DESCRIPTION:Set powerful intentions for the new year by tapping into the ancient wisdom and seasonal practices of Ayurveda\, yoga’s sister science. \nWe’ll discuss how our bodies are deeply connected to nature\, and how seasonal changes can affect our digestion\, energy\, and inner balance. \nYou’ll be invited to look deeply within\, and will learn about ancient self-care rituals\, Ayurvedic self-massage\, yoga\, and breathwork tailored to the season. \nOver 90 minutes\, we’ll move through gentle yoga for winter and practice warming breathwork to calm the nervous system and soothe the chest over the colder months. \nA guided meditation will lead us towards introspection and intention-setting for the new year. \nKiran will share an introduction to Ayurveda and the session will end with Ayurvedic treats and a warming\, freshly spiced drink. \nAt the end of the workshop\, you’ll feel reconnected to your body and empowered to nourish it in a way that will bring you balance through this new year.
