SUMMARY:EVENT: Family Treasure Hunt Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun family outdoor activity designed for adults and kids to enjoy. A treasure hunt around Queens Park starting and ending at the studio. Non-members welcome and no booking necessary\, just turn up. This is a free event\, but we are hoping to raise funds for a local family to help fund therapies for their son who has a rare genetic disorder called 2q37 deletion syndrome. Suggested donation £4 per family / team.

SUMMARY:Workshop: Yoga & Thai Massage for Head\, Neck & Shoulders
DESCRIPTION:An afternoon exploring Thai massage as an incredible tool for self-care and awareness that can inform our broader yoga practise. Touch can bring us into our bodies and allow us to encounter from the outside in as well as the inside out what is held and where. You will be guided through shared Thai massage techniques\, focussing on the head\, neck and shoulders\, that you can take home to share with friends and loved ones. \nWe will also explore playful\, accessible and deeply expansive breathing and physical yoga practises to further ease out held tension. \nWe will be working in pairs so great to come with someone you would like to practise with\, but you are also very welcome as you are. \nLeonie is a Senior Yoga teacher in the Vajrasati school\, and has been teaching since 2006\, as well as being an established therapeutic Thai Massage practitioner.
