DESCRIPTION:Our breath should be diaphragmatic\, effortless and deep. It should fill us with energy and provide a healthy body and mind. We all (or most of us) are born with this perfect breath\, but then life happens\, stress\, repetitive movements\, round posture\, lack of exercise\, and fatty processed foods are all influencing our breath. Over time these components overwrite our effortless breath into an unhealthy breathing pattern. \nThese newly learned breathing patterns can be the reason for enhanced anxiety\, pain in the neck and shoulders\, digestion issues\, high blood pressure\, breathlessness\, and the list goes on and on.\nAre you ready to RECLAIM YOUR BREATH? \nIn this workshop\, we will discover and dismantle our unhealthy breathing patterns and bring our breath back to what it once was. \nTo regain the nourishing flow of breath\, we will use specific asana\, pranayama and relaxation techniques. DESCRIPTION:Emotional clear out support for women that want an easier life. \nIf you found 2022 went fast and you found yourself busy and tired and juggling too many balls and wearing too many hats\, then this workshop is for you. \nIf you value honest communication\, want to set boundaries\, stop people pleasing and want more time and space to yourself – then this workshop is going to show you HOW without it feeling hard.\nEveryone values honest communication; we know that telling the truth is what we need to do. Yet\, we fear upsetting people\, we fear rocking the boat and we fear conflict. \nAs women we are designed to nurture and nourish and look after others – If you have a burning desire to run away and do a Shirley Valentine right now\, then this workshop is for you! \nThe goal of this workshop is to provide you with tools to understand your emotions and the message that your body and mind give you so that you can live consciously and respond calmly to life’s events. \n– Learn to foster a deeper more meaningful relationship with yourself and with others.\n– Learn to regulate your emotions: This makes life so much easier\, you gain more energy and time\, feel calmer in your body and therefore less stressed and this benefits the whole family. A calm and content mom means a happier home.\n– Learn how to say what you feel and say what you need\, without it feeling hard or losing friends/family members and without it turning into a heated discussion\nStop worrying about being judged and learn to let go of “shoulds” for ultimate aligned living\n– Learn how to let go of resentment and anger and needing to feel in control\n– Identify your ego stories and shadow self and learn to notice how your – self narrative drives many of your emotional reactions and behaviours\n– Learn how to embody your emotions rather than take your anger out on the family – this really helps any women that find themselves feeling snappy or shouting at the kids by cultivating your wise inner parent to identify your needs\n– Explore and reconnect with your deepest wants and desires\, practising expressing your true authentic self in all areas of your life and speaking out about what you truly need without feeling cringy or ungrateful or selfish.\n– Release self-sabotaging behaviour that leaves us feeling stuck\, trapped\, unfulfilled and tense in the body (particularly shoulders and hips and pelvic floor)\n– Break free from destructive behaviour to reclaim our energy \nTestimonial’s: \nMany of Emma’s clients report a ripple effect happening across the whole family when they work with her: \nMom of 1 said “My partner just came in and said something to me that I would have usually reacted to\, today I didn’t and that felt great.
