SUMMARY:Heart Circle: Sharing\, Cacao & Sound Bath
DESCRIPTION:It is an all welcome\, queer and LGBTQAI inclusive moon circle and you are invited to come just as you are\, to rest and feel.  A soft cloud of stillness\, to slow down\, feel and allow yourself to be nourished & who knows you may also giggle and laugh a bit in circle too.  \nWe connect to ourselves and are held with community of circle\, and allow the softness within us\, which is often lost in the busy vibes of life. When we allow ourselves to slow down\, the magic unfurls so we can feel and release more and then connect to each other & become more like the beautiful nature that we are part of.  \nWe toast the full moon\, starting with a gentle meditation & opening circle with some witchy poetry\, then share some cacao & create a sharing circle where you are given the chance to speak what has been on your heart.  \nWe give thanks to cacao\, & welcome any messages we receive or any wishes we may wish to send\, tapping in to that juicy intuition.  \nAfter this we then float into a blissful\, hour long sound bath\, including crystal bowls\, singing\, shamanic drum\, koshi bells\, shakers & the sounds of nature. \nYoga mats\, bolsters and cosy blankets provided but please bring extra layers if you like to be more toasty.  \nMoon & tarot cards are laid around the circle\, & we always have a moment to decompress & share insights about anything coming up for us.  \nPlease bring:\n✨ a cup for cacao\n✨ a journal & pen if you feel called\n✨ bottle of water  \nHave a beautiful day\,  \nBig love\,  \nChloe\n@paradisewild_  \nFeedback\n“The circle feels really inclusive & gender neutral”\n“It felt like the sound bath was a prayer”
