You will then be guided through some soft yoga movements\, meditation and mantra before laying down to receive a long Symphonic Gong bath. \nUtter bliss and surely the perfect alternative Saturday night. \nPlease bring with you: A special mug for Cacao\, plenty of water and a pillow if needed. If you can bring your own yoga mat and blankets as well\, then that is preferred\, but if not we can provide. Please also bring an open heart\, flexible mind and a community spirit. Cacao is included in your ticket price.
