Clare Maddalena has been teaching yoga for 20+years. She specialised in working in women’s health at all stages of life and also offers classes and circles for women during pregnancy, as they prepare for birth and life as a new mum. Her monthly workshop welcomes all women into a nourishing and relaxing space to recharge and restore at very deep levels.
