All services purchased from Energy for Life Fitness must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing an online pre-training form that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian or by way of completing our Child Pre-Training Form. The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time. Furthermore, all applicants release Energy for Life Fitness, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property. If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in instalments, the applicant agrees to approve such instalments be made by credit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.

Registration & Purchase – To register or purchase from the Energy for Life Fitness online booking system, you must be over 16 years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

Class Cancellation Policy

Can’t attend a class that you have booked? Please cancel (even right before the class) on the MINDBODY app or EFL website. Otherwise, please text Emma on 07555220184.

This means your space can get offered to someone on the wait-list.

If you have a single, 5 or 10 pack of passes and cancel with more than 6 hours notice you will be able to reuse your pass for another class. If you cancel within the 6hr window or don’t attend, the class will be deducted from your pack.

If you are on the unlimited pass and cancel within the 6hr window you may be charged a no-show fee of £4.

Personal Training Cancellation Policy

Can’t attend a session that you have booked? Please cancel directly with your coach

If  cancel with more than 24 hours notice you will be able to reuse your pass for another session. If you cancel within the 24hr window or don’t attend, the session will be deducted from your pack by your coach. Please contact your coach directly for any questions about this.

Workshops / Events Cancellation Policy

For workshops and events, the cancellation policy is 12 hours. If you cancel with more than 12 hours notice you will be eligible for a full refund of your workshop / event ticket. If you cancel within the 12 hour window, we cannot offer any refund / rescheduling.
