A two hour deep dive, led by Ben Walker, into handstands, acrobatics and adjacent skills, in which we will capitalise on breadth and novelty to build a versatile practice. Suitable for anyone that has dabbled with inversions, expect to spend lots of time upside down but also moving with different shapes, speeds and intentions, ultimately developing our innate physical familiarity with our bodies.
