Celebrate the longest daylight week and join us for an evening of unique, fun and challenging classes followed by a outdoor social at Energy for Life. Choose from an invigorating, feel-good outdoor 60 minute yoga practice with Emma or a challenging, endorphin pumping weightlifting challenge downstairs, or a fun-filled Pilates class with Louise, or a run with fun challenges along the way in Queens Park. Then head outside for an ice cold beer (other drinks available plus non-alcoholic options), some bar snacks and socialising. Friends & family always welcome
And if you don’t want to workout before a social or can’t get out of work in time for the classes, feel free to head along just to the drinks from 7pm onwards.
