Summer Solstice Social

Celebrate the longest daylight week and join us for an evening of unique, fun and challenging classes followed by a outdoor social at Energy for Life. Choose from an invigorating, feel-good 60 minute yoga practice with Emma or a challenging, endorphin pumping team workout downstairs. Then roll up your mat, towel off the sweat and head outside for an ice cold beer (other drinks available plus non-alcoholic options), some bar snacks and socialising. Friends Welcome

OK we get it, not everyone wants to workout before a social, so feel free to head along just to the social from 7:45pm onwards.
