Bliss Breath: Conscious Connected Breathwork

September 13 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
£37

Bliss Breath is a trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork journey.

An active, immersive practice, Conscious Connected Breathwork uses a continuous, connected breathing pattern to gently shift your state of awareness. As the busy thinking mind quietens, many people find their body and mind settling into a deeply relaxed, dreamlike state, with a greater sense of flow, presence and connection to the body’s innate intelligence.

From this place, the breath has the potential to become profoundly insightful and deeply transformative. Conscious Connected Breathwork is widely recognised as a powerful somatic approach for supporting the processing and integration of unresolved emotional experiences. Many people experience the processing and integration of long-held emotional patterns, limiting beliefs and protective strategies. This is often accompanied by emotional release, greater self-understanding and a renewed sense of freedom, peace and connection. Others discover unexpected clarity, creativity or profound spiritual experiences. Every journey is unique, and the breath has an extraordinary capacity to reveal exactly what is ready to be experienced, felt and integrated.

This isn’t simply a relaxation practice; it’s an opportunity to explore yourself through the breath in a way that can be both deeply restorative and profoundly transformative. No previous experience is needed. Whether this is your first breathwork journey or you’ve been practising for years, you’re warmly welcome.

Each month we explore a different theme—such as Home, Expansion, Compassion or Peace. The theme offers a gentle invitation for reflection and inquiry, but it is never something to achieve or force.

The breath has its own intelligence, and your own journey will unfold in the way that is right for you.

Throughout the session you’ll be guided within a warm, nurturing environment, allowing you to explore the breath at your own pace, knowing you’re held in a safe, compassionate and experienced space from beginning to end. There is nothing to achieve and no right or wrong way to experience the breath – simply an invitation to stay with it and meet whatever arises with curiosity and compassion.

“Amazing experience! It was held so beautifully in a very professional but loving way. I felt really safe and had a very profound experience.”

What to Expect

Each session begins with gentle movement to help you settle into your body and release tension. From there you’ll be guided through a one-hour Conscious Connected Breathwork journey with a carefully curated soundtrack, followed by time to rest, integrate and enjoy nourishing snacks in a supportive community.

Please wear warm, comfortable clothing. We will provide a yoga mat, bolster and blanket. You’re welcome to bring anything else you’d like to make yourself even more comfortable.

“A fantastic insight into how something as simple as breathing can have a deep healing effect on the physical, mental and emotional bodies. Jasmine is clear and focussed and completely present, creating a very safe and expertly-held environment.”
